Urban fits slightly large to size. If you are in between sizes: Previous shoppers have successfully sized down, and we recommend doing the same if in doubt.

Urban is a Fitted coat, meaning that it is designed to follow the body's natural lines without tapering. Fitted is a versatile shape that feels slightly narrower than a regular fit but with more room than a slim fit.

The model is 188 cm/6'2" tall and wearing a size Large.

Inspired by Scandinavian architectural lines — Urban is a clean and minimalistic 3-in-1 jacket. The detachable hooded liner, which is filled with 3M Thinsulate insulation, and a 3-layer construction outer shell make the Urban one of our most versatile styles — perfect for rainy fall days, snowy weather, or breezy spring strolls around your favorite city. The liner is filled with 80 gsm of recycled synthetic insulation. 3-in-1 construction means that the liner and shell can be worn separately or combined.

    Urban will do the job in almost all situations — it is warm, it will keep you dry and sheltered from wind, and unless we are talking tuxedo, it will pair well with almost every outfit imaginable. It will quickly become your new wardrobe workhorse.

  • WATER- & WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION

    This coat has a seam-sealed construction and a 20 000 mm water column face fabric, which makes it 100% wind- and waterproof — it will keep you warm and dry in heavy rain and blazing wind.

  • This coat is insulated with extremely fine microfibers, which creates a loft that will trap air and block radiant heat loss, all while allowing moisture to escape. The microfibers originate from recycled polyester.

  • 3-IN-1 CONSTRUCTION

    A 3-in-1 construction means you have a system of jackets that can be worn individually or combined — for ultimate warmth and weather resistance.
The first layer is a lightweight, water- and windproof, breathable shell. It acts as a shield against rain, snow, and wind, keeping you dry and comfortable in adverse weather. The second layer is a removable insulated inner jacket. This layer is made of a soft fabric with synthetic insulation. When zipped with the outer shell, the 3-in-1 jacket transforms into a fully insulated winter coat, providing excellent warmth and protection in colder conditions. In milder weather, you can wear each layer separately.

Smart looking jacket

Received jacket in post yesterday. Arrives in a cardboard box which is carefully taped on edges to prevent any water getting in. Here are some initial observations:
/ very smart and neat looking. The outer material is crisp, reminds me of a well-ironed shirt
/ the double zip system took a bit of getting used to, but works well. I am a bit skeptical if the zip (right hand side, at the base) will stand the test of time, because this is the part that gets pulled the most when you bring the two sides of the jacket together. It doesn't look super robust. But let's see, it is a YKK zip after all, so should be quality.
/ seems nice and warm. Took it out this morning in plus 3-4 Celsius with a wind chill with just cotton t-shirt and light cotton jumper underneath and was warm. Definitely not the same insulation as a big down jacket, but with a wooden jumper underneath I think this should be good to -5 or -10 Celsius easily.
/I measure 171cm and 76 kg and this M size fits me / as the website says - fitted. The jacket does not look too long on me either.
/ the inner jacket is really well integrated with the outer shell, and simple to take on and off. The inner soft shell hood is actually fixed to the outer shell hood with a few buttons, this seems like a really nice and smart way to keep the two pieces together.
/ just one simple zip pocket on the outer shell, and another within the inner shell. Enough, simple and elegant.
/ I really like the clean lines and elegant style... there's no added unnecessary logos or kitsch logo statements or anything on the exterior. Just one small pin on the left side to show it's Scandinavian Edition. It is a classy product.
