SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHIPPING WITHIN THE EU & NORWAY
We offer free worldwide shipping and free returns on all orders. All shipments are sent on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning duties and import taxes are fully covered by us, with no extra or hidden fees upon delivery. Orders are delivered using UPS, DHL, PostNord, or Posten, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, and orders within Norway may also be shipped from our Norwegian warehouse. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will normally be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
To ensure fair use of our free shipping and returns policy, we reserve the right, in rare cases of repeated or clearly unreasonable use, to apply a handling fee of up to €50.
SHIPPING & RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU
Orders ship from our Swedish warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

Note for Switzerland: In rare cases, some customers may be asked by UPS to pay an import fee. If this happens, please pay the fee, keep the receipt, and contact us — we will refund the amount.
For returns, please contact us so we can create a return label for you. Return labels are typically processed within 1–2 business days and sent to your email.
To ensure fair use of our free shipping and returns policy, we reserve the right, in rare cases of repeated or clearly unreasonable use, to apply a handling fee of up to €50.
SHIPPING TO THE US
Due to recent changes in trade regulations, duties, and return-related costs, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer standard online shipping to the United States. Despite several attempts to make the setup work, the current conditions make it unsustainable for us to continue US shipping through our webshop.
That said, we do still offer manual orders to the US on a case-by-case basis. These orders are handled directly by our team and are placed under a strict no-returns policy.
If you wish to place a manual US order, please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com and our customer support team will guide you through the process.
RETURNS FROM THE EU
Please use the prepaid return label that came with your order. Reach out to support@scandinavianedition.com if your return label is missing.
By registering your return, our customer service and warehouse staff are informed that your package is on its way back to us. Please follow the steps below:
1. If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to register your return online via this link: https://scandinavianedition.floatanalytics.com
2. Follow the instructions in the return portal, and your return will be easily registered. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation and further information.
3. Proceed to drop off the package at your nearest UPS post office. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt — It’s your assurance that we can track the package if needed.

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging, with all labels attached.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. This includes jackets with obvious signs of use, as well as any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We offer free returns as part of our service. However, to ensure fair use of this policy, we reserve the right, in rare cases of repeated or clearly unreasonable use of returns, to apply a handling fee of up to €50.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for a smaller/larger size, etc.:

- Enter your order number and e-mail
- Select the item you are sending back and click 'Exchange' on the screen
- You'll be prompted to select a new size
- Please use the provided return label included in your original packaging to ship back the package. (For customers outside the EU a return label will be sent to you once registered on the portal.)
- You will get a shipment confirmation as soon as your new jacket has been shipped
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified about an approved return and we have issued a refund, but you have not received it yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com.
