Great jacket, but outstanding customer support.
I ordered the Urban Onyx (older version) on sale - the last one in stock. Unfortunately it had an XXL inner jacket, but an XL sized outer jacket. I contacted customer support, and as a compensation I got an Urban II Onyx (new version) in XXL for the same price. Happy customer, and a great customer experience!
The Urban II has a clean look and great fit. 193cm and 105kg, and XXL the right size. The only feedback I'd give is regarding the zipper pullers on the outer jacket side pocket zippers. These are very small and hard to handle with gloves on. The old Urban model had same zip pullers on both the main zipper, chest pocket and side pockets - which was easier to handle.
A positive feedback on Urban II vs older version: I like that the Urban II has gotten the dark color on the inside of the outer jacket, which gives a better look when having the jacket open, or wearing it without the inner liner.
Excellent cut. I love the fit. Im 182 80kg, with size m i have relaxed fit. Color is beautiful

Fast delivery to Paris and neatly packaged. The jacket arrived in perfect condition and I absolutely love it. The only improvement I would suggest is the zipper design, as it can be a bit difficult to fasten quickly when you’re in a hurry.
