SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING & RETURNS WITHIN THE EU

When ordering through our webshop, please expect 2-5 shipping days. Our warehouse is located in Sweden.

We offer FREE world wide shipping and returns on all orders (Updated October 13th, 2022). We ship on DDP terms. Meaning that your order will be delivered to you with all duties and import taxes paid by us. No extra or hidden fees. We ship with UPS and DHL (Sweden).

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about shipping. 

You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. The UPS tracking also contains information on how to return your order – the return information will be enabled once the order has been delivered. On your tracking page, there should be a green «Return this package» – hit that, print, and return the package to your local UPS access point. There is also an option for downloading a barcode that can be used to print at your local UPS store.

We work to ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Jacket with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

SHIPPING & RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

For orders outside the EU we need to make return labels manually. Please e-mail support@scandinavianedition.com and notify us about your wish to return. We will process your return request in 1-3 business days. We will send return labels to your e-mail. 

We work to ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If you order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.

*On orders going to Switzerland: please note that we have experienced that some customers are prompted to pay an import fee. If you receive a fee from UPS – please pay the fee, keep the receipt and contact us. The fee will be refunded on your order.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-3 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have been notified about an approved return and we have issues a refund, but you have not received a refund yet:

1) First check your bank account again 
2) Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
3) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
4) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange for a smaller/larger size etc.: 

1) Place a new order for the item that you wish to exchange to
2) Read the return policy for your area to use our free returns 
3) You will be refunded on the returned item once we receive it in our warehouse
