Do you offer free returns?
Yes, all returns are free of charge.
How do I return my order?
If you are located within the EU: Please go to your UPS tracking page, which can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email. On your tracking page, there should be a green «Return this package» – hit that, print, and return the package to your local UPS access point. There is also an option for downloading a barcode that can be used to print at your local UPS store.
You will be refunded as soon as we receive the jacket back in our warehouse. It can take a couple of days for the paid amount to show up on your bank account after we make the refund.
If you are located outside the EU: Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request manual return labels if you have placed an order from a country outside the EU. We will have to create a manual return label and prepare some shipping documents for the export/import.
How do I make an exchange in size, color or style?
Please place a new order for the item that you wish to return to. To return the other item, please follow the instructions on How to make a return. Your return is free of charge when you make an exchange.
An item is unavailable on your website. Do you have more in stock?
We do sometimes have additional stock outside our webshop. We always recommend that you reach out to email@example.com and double-check. We usually restock twice a year – in August for the Autumn and Winter collection, and February for our Spring and Summer collection.
Do you offer discounts?
No, unfortunately we do not offer discounts. You can read more on our Discount Policy.
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation in your email right after payment. Furthermore, you’ll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way. Please check your spam filter if you did not receive an email from us. Reach out to us if you cannot find it in your inbox or spam filter.
What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer free international shipping with UPS and DHL (Sweden only). You will receive tracking information when your parcel has been dispatched from our main warehouse (located in Sweden).
When can I expect to receive my order?
We usually ship the next day on orders placed from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will usually ship on Mondays. Shipping time will vary with the destination, but for Central Europe, it is 3-4 days after the parcel is dispatched.
Claims and warranty related issues
If you purchased your jacket in a physical store, please contact the store where the jacket was bought to file a claim or warranty case. If you purchased the jacket on Scandinavian Edition's webshop, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition to text, please include photos of the issue which you are experiencing in your email.
Will I be charged import duties?
We ship Delivered duty paid (DDP), which is a delivery agreement whereby Scandinavian Edition assumes all responsibility of transporting the goods until they reach an agreed-upon destination. If, for some reason, you are charged import duties on your delivery – please pay the amount and keep the receipt. You will be refunded the amount, but we will need the receipt for the payment of the import.
Which size is right for me?
Please find our size chart on the product page. It is located under the size selection. Our size chart is based on body measurements. Meaning that you should use your body measurements as a reference. Our size chart does not take into account that our jackets have different types of "Fit". An oversized jacket will generally feel too big, but that is how it is intended to be worn/fit. Some might prefer to size down for a more snug fit.
