SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHIPPING & RETURNS WITHIN THE EU
When ordering through our webshop, please expect 2-5 shipping days. Our warehouse is located in Sweden. We offer FREE worldwide shipping and returns on all orders (Updated October 13th, 2022). We ship on DDP terms, meaning that your order will be delivered to you with all duties and import taxes paid by us. No extra or hidden fees. We ship with UPS and DHL (Sweden). For discounted items, please see "SALE ITEMS." Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about shipping.
You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. The UPS tracking also contains information on how to return your order—the return information will be enabled once the order has been delivered. On your tracking page, there should be a green "Return this package" button. Click that, print the label, and return the package to your local UPS access point. There is also an option for downloading a barcode that can be used to print at your local UPS store.
We work to ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday.
SHIPPING & RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EU

For orders outside the EU, we need to make return labels manually. Please email support@scandinavianedition.com and notify us about your wish to return. We will process your return request in 1-3 business days and send return labels to your email.
We work to ship your order within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If you order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about shipping outside the EU.
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Jacket with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
*On orders going to Switzerland: please note that some customers are prompted to pay an import fee. If you receive a fee from UPS, please pay the fee, keep the receipt, and contact us. The fee will be refunded on your order.
HOW TO RETURN
(If you are a customer from outside the EU, please register your return and send us an email, and we will guide you through the return process.)
By registering your return, our customer service and warehouse staff are informed that your package is on its way back to us. Please follow the steps below:
- If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to register your return online via this link: https://scandinavianedition.floatanalytics.com.
- Follow the instructions in the return portal, and your return will be easily registered. You will then receive an email confirmation and further information.
- Proceed to drop off the package at your nearest UPS post office. Don’t forget to ask for a receipt—it’s your assurance that we can track the package if needed.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange for a smaller/larger size, etc.:
- Please visit: https://scandinavianedition.floatanalytics.com
- Enter your order number and e-mail
- Select the item you are sending back and click 'Exchange' on the screen
- You'll be prompted to select a new size
- Please use the provided return label included in your original packaging to ship back the package. (For customers outside the EU a return label will be sent to you once registered on the portal.)
- You will get a shipment confirmation as soon as your new jacket has been shipped
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have been notified about an approved return and we have issued a refund, but you have not received it yet:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@scandinavianedition.com.
SALE ITEMS
We accept exchanges and full returns on our discounted items. We do cover return shipping on our Archive Sale.
