  1. This coat features a wind- and water-resistant construction. It will handle light rain and is fully snowproof — built for winter conditions. The fabric itself is waterproof, but because the shoulder seams are not taped, we classify the coat as water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. In everyday use, it will comfortably withstand snow and light to moderate rain.

Meridian II is a slim coat designed to fit close to the body, with a tapered cut through the midsection and waist. Meridian fits small to size. If you are in between sizes: Previous shoppers have successfully sized up, and we recommend doing the same if in doubt.

How we measure

All measurements are taken flat on the outside of the garment. They don't account for the insulation inside, so the space inside the jacket is slightly smaller.

  • 1/2 Chest: measured 2 cm below the armhole.
  • Sleeve Length: from the high point shoulder (HPS) to the end of the sleeve.
  • Center Back Length: at the back, from where the hood or collar joins the body to the hem.
