Do you offer free returns?

Yes, all returns are free of charge.

How do I return my order?

If you are located within the EU: Please go to your UPS tracking page, which can be found in your Shipping Confirmation email. On your tracking page, there should be a green "Return this package" button. Click that, print the label, and return the package to your local UPS access point. There is also an option for downloading a barcode that can be used to print at your local UPS store. You will be refunded as soon as we receive the jacket back in our warehouse. It can take a couple of days for the refunded amount to show up in your bank account after we process the refund.

If you are located outside the EU: Please send an email to support@scandinavianedition.com to request manual return labels if you have placed an order from a country outside the EU. We will create a manual return label and prepare the necessary shipping documents for export/import.

How do I make an exchange in size, color, or style?

Please place a new order for the item you wish to receive. To return the original item, follow the instructions in "How do I return my order?" Your return is free of charge when you make an exchange.

An item is unavailable on your website. Do you have more in stock?

We sometimes have additional stock outside our webshop. We recommend reaching out to support@scandinavianedition.com to double-check availability. We usually restock twice a year: in August for the Autumn and Winter collection, and February for the Spring and Summer collection.

Do you offer discounts?

No, we do not offer discounts. You can read more about our Discount Policy on our website.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. Additionally, you will receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive an email from us. Contact us if you cannot find it in your inbox or spam filter.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer free international shipping with UPS and DHL (for Sweden only). You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched from our main warehouse in Sweden.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We usually ship orders the next day if placed from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will usually ship on Monday. Shipping time will vary by destination, but for Central Europe, it is typically 3-4 days after the parcel is dispatched.

Claims and warranty-related issues

If you purchased your jacket in a physical store, please contact the store where it was bought to file a claim or warranty case. If you purchased the jacket on the Scandinavian Edition webshop, please send an email to support@scandinavianedition.com. Include photos of the issue you are experiencing in your email.

Will I be charged import duties?

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means Scandinavian Edition assumes all responsibility for transporting the goods until they reach the agreed-upon destination. If you are charged import duties on your delivery, please pay the amount and keep the receipt. You will be refunded, but we will need the receipt for the payment of the import duties.

Which size is right for me?

Please refer to our size chart on the product page, located under the size selection. Our size chart is based on body measurements, meaning you should use your body measurements as a reference. Our size chart does not account for the different types of "Fit" in our jackets. For example, an oversized jacket will generally feel too big, but that is how it is intended to be worn.
