Orders & tracking

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, it can’t be changed. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to assist you. Please reach out as soon as possible for the best chance of updating or canceling your order.

How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. Additionally, you will receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive an email from us. Contact us if you cannot find it in your inbox or spam filter.

Do you offer discounts?
No, we do not offer discounts. You can read more about our Discount Policy on our website.

Shipping & delivery

What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer free international shipping with UPS and DHL (for Sweden only). You will receive tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched from our main warehouse in Sweden.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We usually ship orders the next day if placed from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will usually ship on Monday. Shipping time will vary by destination, but please expect 2-5 shipping days.

Will I be charged import duties?
We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means Scandinavian Edition assumes all responsibility for transporting the goods until they reach the agreed-upon destination. If you are charged import duties on your delivery, please pay the amount and keep the receipt. You will be refunded, but we will need the receipt for the payment of the import duties.

Return & exchanges

Do you offer free returns? 
Yes, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. 

How do I return my order?
Register your return through our return portal and use the prepaid return label that came with your order. Drop off the package at your nearest service point

Returns for orders outside EU?
Please reach out to our customer service, and we will make you a return label.

How do I make an exchange?
Follow the same steps as for a return, select your item, and click ‘Exchange’ to choose a new size. Use the return label from your original packaging (for customers outside the EU, a label will be sent once your exchange is registered). You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your new jacket is on its way.

When can I expect the refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.


Guarantee & Claims

What does the guarantee cover?
In the unlikely event of damage to any of our products caused by a fault in production or material, we take responsibility for our work.

How do I make a claim?
Please email us with:
- A photo of the entire product
- A close-up of the defect
- A photo of the care label

What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?
If your product was damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can asses an arrangement.

How do I care for my jacket?
We recommend to always follow the care label instructions and avoid harsh chemicals or fabric softeners to preserve your gear’s warmth, comfort, and durability. For more detailed instructions, click here.
What materials do you use?
We use recycled polyester for synthetic insulation, BLUESIGN-approved fabrics, RDS-certified down, and PFC-free materials for all our clothing to ensure performance and sustainability.

Size & Fit

Wich size is right for me?
Please refer to our size chart on the product page, located under the size selection. Our size chart is based on body measurements, meaning you should use your body measurements as a reference. Our size chart does not account for the different types of "Fit" in our jackets. For example, an oversized jacket will generally feel too big, but that is how it is intended to be worn. Some might prefer to size down for a more snug fit.

Can I get personal size advice?
Yes! We offer personal sizing recommendations. Please reach out to us here and we will do our best to assist you.

Items & restock

Items out of stock?
We sometimes have additional stock outside our webshop. We recommend reaching out to us here to double-check availability.

When do you restock?
We usually restock twice a year: in August for the Autumn and Winter collection, and in February for the Spring and Summer collection.
