When ordering through our webshop, please expect 2-5 shipping days. Our warehouse is located in Sweden.
We use DHL, PostNord and UPS depending on where you live. You will receive a tracking code once the order has been processed.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns about shipping.
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels attached.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
- Jacket with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
To return your product, you should first consult with us using firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you from there.
Unless you are returning for an exchange - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We offer a 15 euros return service with UPS, which will be deducted from your refund amount once we receive the package. If you have purchased two jackets because you were unsure of sizing - we will cover the return cost for the jacket that you chose to return.
We advise you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you need to exchange for a smaller/larger size etc., send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you from there. We will cover the return shipping cost for your original purchased jacket – returns for change of size, color or different model is free of charge. You will have to place an order for a new jacket before we send you return shipping label.
