Problem with UPS

This jacket is my absolute favorite. It never lets me get cold and is truly water proof. I love it and can certainly recommend it!

Veldig fornøyd. Måtte bytte jakke størrelse og det var kjempe lett å gjøre med bra kundeservice (pratet med Freja). I tillegg er jakken veldig varm og stilig.
Ich habe den Artikel / Ware / urban-Onyx / bereits genau nach ihrer Anweisung über UPS am 07.02.2025 an ihr Unternehmen zurück gesendet. Und erwarte die Gutschrift auf mein Amex Konto.
Grundsätzlich ist urban-Onyx ein prima Produkt, es hat mir persönlich leider nicht optimal gepasst und vom Farbton her gefallen. Daher habe ich vom Rückgaberecht Gebrauch gemacht. Ware ging tadellos zurück an sie.
Ich bin von der Qualität ihre Produkte überzeugt und habe zwischenzeitlich einen anderen Kurzmantel geordert, erhalten, gezahlt und auch behalten. Freundliche Grüße, Jörg
