Instructions for EU orders

To return your order, please go to your UPS tracking page, which was sent to you in your order fulfillment/confirmation email. On your tracking page, there should be a green «Return this package» – hit that, print, and return the package to your local UPS access point. There is also an option for downloading a barcode that can be used to print at your local UPS store. Please check with your local access point if they accept barcode scanning. 

Our return service with UPS costs 15 euros, which will be deducted from your refund amount once we receive the package.

You will be refunded as soon as we receive the jacket back in our warehouse. It can take a couple of days for the paid amount to show up on your bank account after we make the refund. It can take up to two weeks before you receive a refund on your return. 

You are free to return the package any other way if you want to, but the responsibility is on you to make sure it arrives safely back at our warehouse. We recommend that you ship with tracking. If you choose to do so, please send to:

Please note: If you would like to exchange for another jacket, color, or size, the return fee on your order will be voided.

To exchange for a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our website and return the item you do not wish to keep. The exchange is free of charge.
